Hay fever tip no 1, Vaseline around the nose to stop the pollen going up the nose ( and you get a soft nose at the same time ! ) No 2 after being outside, when you get home, straight away take all your clothes off and put them in the wash bin to be washed and shower and wash hair to wash away all the pollen, No 3 keep all windows closed to stop pollen coming into the house. Hope that helps
