Srixon Soft Feel Golf Ball Review

Today I review the budget friendly Srixon Soft Feel. Srixon SOFT FEEL features their softest FastLayer Core to date.
FastLayer gradually transitions from a softer inner core to a firm outer edge, behaving like a core with thousands of layers, giving you distance and great feel without compromise.
We review Srixon's claims as it relates to the Soft Feel ball.

I don’t know what a Hywood is but you make me want one in the bag. Fun video!

I went to a Cleveland demo event a couple days ago, the fitter said the best balls for my swing speed would be the Q-star (more expensive) and the Soft Feel (less expensive). I bought 2 dozen Soft Feels we'll see how it goes. He also mentioned playing with the same ball for consistency. I usually just play whatever balls are in my bag but I think his point is valid.

The Soft Feel has been my preferred ball since I started. Hard to beat the performance at that price point. This year, though, at the behest of my friend, I'm trying out the Q Star Tour. Im liking them so far but I would have no problem going back to the Soft Feel. I do like the green version, which the Q Stars don't offer.

As always, really valuable to see the club used, the tracer flight, and the numbers. Comparison to a Pro-V also gave insight. When I find balls, I always keep the Soft Feel, but I prefer Callaway Supers...hot, fast, and saft, especially off the putter.
I found this video very helpful

I like the look of your Hy- wood shots. I really don't do putting strokes off the green very well. I struggle with speed control if there is any fluffy, irregular grass in the way. What I do find works better is the chip-putt shot I saw on Mike Bury's channel. I use the toe of my 8 iron in upright stance, using a putting stroke.

Love the feel of the Srixon soft feel ball. My first time playing yellow, and I don’t mind it.

Very nice video. I love seeing the performance of budget golf balls. Im a higher handicapper (18), and I’m not sure how much the ball affects my score. There is a ball that I used exclusively this year, mainly for the price, but I felt the performance was good too. I would love to see a review on them. They are the Wilson Smartcore. They market them as being able to adapt to your swing speed. I’m not sure about that, but they seem to work for my game.

The Srixon Soft Feel is what I play. Really like them for the price. I’m always drawn to the balls with the softer feel. ⛳️
Have you tried the Taylormade Distance + yet? A friend of mine loves them. Thinking about trying them out myself as I always see deals on them.
Do you use the putting alignment aide on golf balls?

I switched from Warbird to Softfeel because I felt the WB was rolling off the back of the green with the irons too often. Otherwise the WB isn't a bad ball. Softfeel is an amazing value. You can sometimes find them $15 a dozen. I may try Q Star on courses which I tend not to lose them.

I'd love to see Warbird vs Marathon vs TaylorMade Dist+ if you ever get to it.

Great swing and finish 👍 I’ve been using the red version of the soft feel and i like the feel of all clubs including putter plus is easy to spot should I go off target 😂
