Never heard of AVEDA/DOULA. But the rest of the puzzle was easy enough to guess that last letter.

Alcoa is The ALuminum Company Of America... it was founded in 1888 by Andrew Mellon (and others)

Mellon served as United States Secretary of the Treasury under 3 presidents. His family are the Mellon's of Mellon Bank.

He also founded of funded a long list of businesses (Westinghouse, Koppers, and many others), and helped establish the National Gallery of Art. His philanthropy extended to the establishment of Carnegie Mellon University and the National Portrait Gallery.

A very big name in my home city of Pittsburgh.
