scrub nurse here. if a surgeon comes into my OR looking like this, i'm sending them back out. ears are sticking out completely so most likely a lot of hair as well, fake lashes like that are a no-no because they could fall off, fake nails are an even BIGGER no-no for hygienic reasons.
