0:53 I don't know how this works in the US, but over here if you're driving across parking spots and hit someone, you're at fault because technically you're leaving a parking spot and should therefore yield to everyone else.

#4, no. Just no. A simple google map of the Walmart in Decatur TX shows you were just being lazy. You could have driven towards the Walmart, or you could have gone around the gas station. At most, this should have been 50/50, if not 80 you/20 him. Where the video started, you were right at a row that leads out of the parking lot to the main drag. He was even at the intersection first. Personally I would put you entirely at fault if I was your insurance company.

9:00 - That is how truck drivers are trained. That's the only way that they can make turns. That's what they're supposed to do. The procedure is to make sure that when you execute the over-steering turn, vehicles in the oncoming lanes can either back up or move over. There's simply no other way for trucks to get the goods that we all need to the places from which we all buy them.
