This is epilogue episode 1 which contains "Interlude: A Steamy Ceasefire" that occurs between Ch.8 and Ch.9

This scene comes available after unlocking it in the infirmary after finishing "The Final Battle (normal)".

There's a total of 4 "epilogue episodes", which are scenes that will eventually become available. 5 if you want to include the final epilogue that is unlocked after "The Final Battle (HARD)"
