“My AI”, as it’s called, was initially only available to paid subscribers but this month it was made accessible to ALL Snapchat users. The biggest complaint seems to be that the new feature is pinned to the top of users' chat feeds and only paid subscribers can remove it. Techcrunch reported that Snapchat faced a barrage of 1-star reviews on Apple’s App store. With angry calls for ‘My AI’ to be removed.
