EXTENDED INFORMATION (FAQ):

The instructions are very clear — my problem with them was they were very ‘short & sweet’ and when building something of this size, you’d want more than just the short & sweet steps.

There ARE instructional videos, very HIGH quality videos at that, my problem is that the link to these videos printed on the instructions is a dead link. This is very upsetting for an average consumer who may not know how to navigate the inter webs — especially since the videos are UNLISTED on YouTube yet accessible through a chain of links on their website. I honestly wish they would advertise the videos a lot more (and update the link), it would be better for everyone future owner.

The reason I want more in-detail instructions isn’t necessarily centered around the text aspect, it’s more so centered around the photos. The photos they provided were great but just TOO small and it would of been a great option to go online and see a HIGH resolution version of these photos so I could zoom in, etc. For example: At one point, I believe the spine, we had to figure out which direction it went (one end had a hole, one didn’t) — you couldn’t tell from the picture which way it had to be put so it was one of those moments where we just hoped it was the right way.

I know I over exaggerate the “packing” aspect of the assembly but I’m doing this from the perspective of someone spending a lot of money on this. It’s a bit disheartening to see all the boxes crushed with your parts inside and as I said in the video, yes it’s metal so it will crush the cardboard, but still — it’s a bad experience to have upon the unboxing of the cockpit.

I'm thinking about getting the r3volution, but I like both flying and racing.
Is it possible to setup the stock r3volution with pedals, rudder, wheel, H-shifter, stick (or yoke), throttle, mouse and keyboard in a manner that is okay comfortable?
