I love rice.. It's also a staple here in my country 🇵🇭.... Don't get me wrong, I love bread but when I eat rice in breakfast, it's okay if I cannot eat at lunch or even dinner because I don't get hungry that easily because of rice... When I eat bread, I usually get hungry very quick like for just a few minutes..

Something very important they didn't really say in this documentary is you need to soak your rice into water first, as our ancestors did, in order to remove enzymes inhibitors and activate the rice germs
