8:25 I really like that Matt, and everyone else that works with Conan, are living in constant fear of Conan roasting them if they made a bad joke, a great way to keep everyone sharp and on their edge

My favorite remote was when he went to Sun Studio in Memphis and recorded a couple of songs, including one he wrote about being a late night talk show host. "I go blah. She goes blah. We go blah, blah, blah, blah, yackety yack!"
