None of this worked for me. What actuaòòy did it was simply putting my installation folder into the root of the root of the drive I would be installing it in (C: in my case). I spent two days on this shit following tutorials that did everything but solved nothing, but this did it

Do not install the game in a folder or drive with non-english characters. (Better with short folder name & not in subfolders)
