1977 CATERPILLAR D4D For Sale

Very good 75 HP Cat D4D. This would make a good everyday machine and we are finishing up a full service the week of Sept. 26. In our inspection the only items needed replacing were both brakes bands were wore. So the full service includes both brake bands new along with a regular service: engine oil change and all new filters: engine, air, fuel and hydraulic.

Like new undercarriage 95% to 98%. No wear on the pins with new 20" pads, new chains, new sprockets and idlers. The new pads alone were over $4,000 alone the previous owner spent. Bottom rollers are new too.

Runs and works real good. The engine runs out nice. The Direct Drive transmission runs out good. If you're familiar with Cats it's often commented the D4D was one of the two or three best dozers Caterpillar ever built. Located just south of Nashville, TN here.

AND includes the pin-on 11' Front Rake shown (replaces with blade in 10-30 minutes). Or take off $800 if you don't need the rake. And the 10' Blade is a 6-Way Manual Angle blade that can be adjusted down to 8.5’ legal width for hauling down the road or anywhere in the U.S.. Also for this D4D beside the included Front Rake we have for an additional $2,500 a Fleco V-Blade which is a forestry type blade we believe. It's in ne Florida by Jacksonville.
