It's not just this card, several cards in the OCG that were commons and rares were bumped for no good reason. I hate that Snake-Eye went from a bunch of commons and rares to everything being Super through Secret Rare.

Problem with rescue ace is you can still imperm, you need to chain it to the summon of turb, not to the effect. You can now still tag out, but dont get to activate the effect to set 4 in responce since its an ignition effect

This card is A LOT of fun in my Bystial Thunder Chaos. Can trigger T-Dragons left on the field on your opponents turn, is easy to make with a link 1 for the additional effect and when paired with branded regained becomes an even stronger interruption.
