I have a t-shirt from the early 1980's made in the Netherlands. Relatively stiff, and weighs about 450 grams. I guess it lost quite a bit of weight in the last 40 ish years. Maybe this weight was relatively normal in the pre-fast fashion era?

I owned one of their shirts and I gotta admit… It’s hard to like this. Pretty uncomfortable and honestly not the best shirt for people with athletic build.

Personally I never knew the point of a heavy weight t shirt. Isn’t the point of a t shirt supposed to be to keep you cool and light weight? If I wanted something heavy I’d wear a sweater
