I love the practice of making one meal per day veggie heavy - an easy way to do this is to enjoy one big salad or bowl of veggie soup for lunch or dinner - simple and delicious!

Great tip Dani. We can all use some extra wisdom heading into the holidays while also indulging in our favorites. I enjoy most veggie soups and a good hearty veggie chili or veggie pasta. 🍜🥘🍲
