Speaking from UK, HIGH Rents from greedy landlords, HIGH Rates from greedy government, HIGH Parking Charges from greedy councils (and no parking spaces), HIGH Petrol Prices (GAS in USA), queuing up amongst others and time going to and from the store has irreversibly destroyed malls and high streets. The HIGH cost of living/crisis, HIGH interest rates and stagnant wages on top of the rest is a nail in that coffin. I would not listen any of the folks in this video. sorry to say it.

what she is calling AI--agian and again-- are called filters on websites, and they have been there for thousands of years.. and there is no AI there. It is just filters, which show Ads/Suggestions of products, based on their preferences.
