I think this sound is incomplete, like PsyOsp or Project, the R sound of these skins is like Empyrean right now when it first released in PBE and will be complete later

The visuals are great but this theme is so meh. It just sounds so similar to Project or PsyOps Pyke but more underwhelming since it has no real kulmination
