While this might be unintentional, Sephiroth is pretty consistently left handed, which means in this fight he purposefully uses his right hand just to go easy on Sora which I think is a neat detail.

The arena ring is small and his sword can reach the moon... Real fair

And then, after 500 failed attempts, you have the revalation:

"Sephiroth is left-handed... he's just toying with you."

I wish I could've been one of those people who knew Sephiroth BEFORE Kingdom Hearts, and could truly appreciate this moment.

I still wonder how a 15 year old kid won a battle against an enemy who needed 4 badass dudes to be stoped.

I remember this enemy. So far most battles were easy at the coliseum but this was next level. I was 13 at the time, never played Final fantasy (and still haven't). So I didn't know him, but I knew that you have to be hard if you have your own soundtrack saying your name over and over. I battled and lost and tried and tried again. Every time edging closer, learning his patterns, what worked and what not. I had no youtube or guides or anything like that. Took me around a full day of gaming to beating him (7hours in my sofa, trying over and over). The next day, I told my cousin I had taken him down. He didn't believe me.
