A long vest would be nice with just pants and a scoop neck top. A vest you wear all day as part of your outfit

Mama needs to have a good bra fitting. It would make her look totally different acrossed her chest. The blouses/shirts /blazers would fit totally different on her. I have found this the case when alter women’s clothing that 95% of the issue is wearing a bra that lifts well.

Bigger ladies don’t necessarily like a long shirt. I’m big and my belly is huge and hangs low. I don’t like longer tops but if I wear my jeans and a regular length top, I think it looks awful and I feel self conscious . If you have a big belly down low, it looks awful unless wearing a straight skirt then a shorter top works as long as the skirt doesn’t hug the belly.
The animal print outfit looks great on her but I would go with a scoop neck. I have large breasts and high necks make my breasts look “longer”😊 in my opinion the short jacket would be better without that animal print top. Add an interesting long necklace. That particular layering makes her look bigger I think
