July 4th fires break out in East Bay | KTVU

Several grass fires sparked across Contra Costa County on July 4 and at least some may have been tied to fireworks, firefighters said.

Well... speeding and tailgaiting are illegal as well yet most people speed and tailgate. The county can put up signs everywhere and remind people that fireworks are illegal but a lot of people are gonna set them off anyways.

In my opinion.Some unhinge setting fireworks in the door of apartment intentionally. There are wide spaces and places but they did it in front door apartment making sure it makes a public disturbance of.people trying to sleep. People are just living in their own bubbles of thinking they are bad as knowing it will disturb people. Living in their own bubbles of no consequences.
