I have suffered from chronic insomnia for years. I have had to take sleep meds for a long time and have recently stopped using them for various reasons. I am 3 months clear of them now. But the insomnia came back with a vengeance. I’ve tried all sorts of sleep videos, sounds, meditations, nothing has worked until I discovered you and your channel. You are the only one capable of putting me to sleep within minutes. What marvelous sorcery is this? I love your voice and your energy. It is so calming and reassuring and peace inducing.

I am filled with worry because my mom is miserable with coughing. I cried for a few minutes. I am thankful that my dad is better after he got a cold days ago, but I pray my mom recovers soon.
