Singapore's amazing SEA Aquarium - Resorts World Sentosa

The S.E.A. Aquarium (South East Asia Aquarium) was the world's largest aquarium by total water volume until overtaken by Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Hengqin, China in 2014.

The aquarium has more than 100,000 marine animals of over 1000 species. It comprises 9 zones. The centerpiece of the aquarium is the Open Ocean tank with more than 50,000 marine animals. Until 2014, it had the world's largest viewing panel, which is intended to give visitors the feeling of being on the ocean floor.

S.E.A. Aquarium will be rebranded as Singapore Oceanarium. It will be 3 times larger and the soft opening is expected early 2025. It will be the largest Oceanarium in the world.
