As someone who is an introvert, putting time limits on social interactions has been a lifesaver. I have so many relatives that the Christmas Eve family party has had a 90 minute limit for about a decade. Otherwise, I sleep through Christmas because I am so drained.

Now this explains why I find Charlotte so appealing. Here's another introvert that most people would not recognize. My most fun job was being a bartender at a low rent bar (this was way before Youtube), it allowed me to be someone else, like Charlotte, funny engaging, charming and then, bye, I am going home.

Best part of the Quarantine: The pizza guy/gal leaves my food on my front porch while I hide behind the curtains until they have left, only then do I crack my door open to retrieve my food. No human contact! Introvert level 💯.

"Being alone"with someone you love, is one of the greatest things that could ever happen to anyone. Having someone to open up to, and can sit for hours without needing to say a word.

People have asked me before if I get lonely living alone. I always say, "NO, I suffer from unlonelyness." I also have two cats. You are never alone with cats.

I don't go out a lot, but when I walk in the door, my social interaction shield falls and I enjoy the emptiness of no people in the house. I can feel the lack of humans in the house and it feels wonderful.

All of my hobbies are things I can do alone. I meet all of my social requirements at work, after 8 hours I need to just be left alone.

How much I love YOU ALL! MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN SOLITUDE!I've gotten grief ALL my life for being a soitary type person..But "I" am just content with my own company ..I have no issue holing up on my own and spending my time with my cat and one of the multitudes of interests I have like crocheting or origami.I absolutely love my peace and quiet time! My grandson calls it "peace & pie - it time"!!
I'm 60 and it becomes more dear and precious to my soul and we'll being every year, and so those around me who don't understand can go jump in the lake! All my life it was more valuable to me to have a few close and dear & intimate friends than a whole lot of "loose" aquaintances .
