Sleeping Beauty slept high in her tower—guarded by a thick wall of briars—for one hundred years. Just imagine the naps you'll enjoy under Natalie's Briar Patch quilt!

This pattern is made with the Missouri Star Large Simple Wedge Template, the Large Wing Template, and precut layer cake squares from Oceanica by Christiane Marques of Studio RK for Robert Kaufman.

And all those pretty spikes? They come together like a way-easier-than-it-looks disappearing quilt block: Stitch, slice, stitch. Voila!

I looked at the block and couldn’t figure it out. When you cut it in thirds, a light went on in my head!! It’s beautiful Natalie. Loved the tutorial. Would love to see more of your ideas and teaching.

Thank you Natalie, this is a fun quilt. Something else for my must quilt list!
I enjoy your teaching style. I hope that this type of slow-sewing
tutorial can stick around. It was what drew me to your company's videos to begin my journey. I think there is a place for these for us who are not so advanced or confident in their quilting.

I'm in the process of making several baby quilts. I used this pattern but did it with 5" squares as I had the smaller set of templates. It was a challenge but, I got it together!

You've done it again Natalie! A gorgeous quilt and an easy method that only looks hard. You are brilliant at this and I'm always inspired by the way you do things. I think these blocks would also look good set vertically. Thank you!

Thank you Natalie for thinking of everything while you teach.
I watch all the MSQC videos because I enjoy listening to you guys talk about your process behind your creations.
I have purchased many MSQC patterns for quilts and other projects. I have only made three quilts, one runner, and one tote bag. Which is not great for a 10 year period. lol
I have bought a ton of fabric from MSQC AND I can’t seem to stop buying it because it’s so pretty.
MSQC is the reason I was able to learn to quilt. I had wanted to learn for years and years before coming across one of Jenny’s videos. Thank you!

I'm going to use it as a border on a finished quilt that needs to grow bc the bed changed from a full to a king in our guest space. It's perfect!
