Megalodon in terms of raw strength is probably around Building level, whereas Peely has been thru hell and back even surviving multiple Multiversal catastrophes since C1S8. Peely dont need no power armor to win lol

Nah as a fallout player knowing t60 has a high rad resistance and nitro is toxic nitro don't work and has high ballistic resistance as well as it increase ur strength by about 2-4 strength points meaning nothing is winning against it
