Crime has been legalized and the girls can't stop it legally. At the end, crime became illegal again AFTER the people who change the law was robbed themselves.

I went to a small eatery in South Korea that was run by 2 grandmas. They were both cooking in the kitchen area and only took orders by customers yelling in their order. Never saw their faces. There was one plastic container with cash inside it, unsupervised, on a shelf. All the customers paid in cash, then took their appropriate amount of change from the container, thanked the grandmas for the meal, and left. It was quite an experience for my husband and I. 🤯

I hate when people say this is a victimless crime. They'll say things like, "they're not hurting anyone. Mind your business." Accessible goods are being taken away and people are losing their jobs. Imagine all your local stores closing down so you now have to travel further and further for necessities. People who can afford to leave these ghetto neighborhoods will do so. Those who cannot are stuck there. This type of theft is only damaging their own communities.

I live in Japan and the local Thai restaurant sells vegetables cheap in front of their store - even when they're not there. They have a money box to put your coins in. Neither I, nor would the local community think of taking without paying.
