Even MP High Court has now put a stay on the bill. This bill can't be implemented untill and unless some subsidy is provided to the private colleges and deemed universities.

They should reduce fees for 50% seats to around 25-30 lacs for entire course which is around 1Cr . It will help both students and private colleges and may also resolve the disputes
