As a former shift leader take it from me this video is way too literal. They ONLY care about their customers, they do NOT care about their employees OR whether or not their general managers are single handedly driving a way customers and long time employees. This ad does not represent the employees it represent it's management. I was harrassed out of my location during a managment switch after being fucked over 3 times during my employment under the corporate office. My GM asked me to take it outside with him after asking him to stop calling me by an offensive nickname multiple times and i WILL display my feelings on this company to every poor bastard that applies. Too all you francise's YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO BUILD A BETTER REPUTATION FOR THIS COMPANIES NAME! TAKE THAT CHANCE AND TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES WELL! *mic drop*
