Any keyboard enthusiast who has been in this hobby for at least a day has most likely stumbled across interesting-looking USB cables that add to the entire aesthetic.

But the question becomes, are all USB cables equal? Well, it depends on what qualities you're comparing and what your definition of perfection is. But after doing this little comparison, I can clearly see that there are absolutely differences in the materials used, the way it's designed, and the parts that are included.

Your video shows what I discovered today that ordering from cablemod pro was the way to go for my desk upgrade. I like the craftsmanship and colors (in the premades) but due the 6 foot length of Geek Social I ordered and will receive a pre-built from their Amazon page. I will also try what you said.

These sponsored videos are the worst way to get information on brands, Cablemod told you to go against these brands. Now, since Cablemod would want to look the best in this situation why wouldn't they send you a high quality top tier cable? If you were to actually be anonymous to these companies it would be a different story. These videos are basically useless clutter.
