Installing Visual Studio Code & Node.js on the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 4GB

2020: Visual Studio code is on all arm 64 linux system.

Step1:
Just go to visual studio code website and download the arm64 Debian package.

Step2: type in terminal
sudo dpkg -i NAME OF THE DEBIAN FILE

Step3: Open visual Studio

you won't notice speed by, running a hello word script.

You don't need to do this, you can just use the remote ssh extension on vs code

Would of been nice if would put Code - OSS under Programming instead of Accessories. nodejs already came installed in Rasberry Pi OS version 10 (Buster)

Hi Rasim, You consider that RPI 4GB is good idea for developer a little personal project? Not for hard processors.
