Making a keyboard shortcut in Word to paste plain text

Microsoft Word allows you to paste text in a variety of ways--formatted or unformatted. I paste unformatted text so often that I wanted to be able to do it using a shortcut key. This video shows how I assigned the Ctrl+Shift+V key to the "paste text only" command.
