Somehow, after seeing MW's legally ambiguous gun models with these animations for so long, seeing them with more or less accurately modeled weapons feels very strange- like someone was playing with toys and then picked up an actual gun.

Valve's reload animations are a massive pet peeve of mine especially after playing CoD Modern Warfare.

This type of animation wouldn't work as well in competitive CS 2 but it is noticeably better and has a pleasant feeling when handling the weapon.
