They should add a feature where players would get realistic contracts cause all these rookies who have garbage years but are 88 overall are asking for 8mil

I'm from 2021, and all I have to say is that EA said nope to all of this

I personally which scouting was more hit or miss like I hate how every year the first 5 prospects are always high 70s and medium elite and are guaranteed to be high 80s in a few years. I think they’re should be randomness in it where some prospects aren’t good as advertised. And even if a prospect is a high 70 they shouldn’t be guaranteed to turn into a high 80. I also wish we had storylines that get you engaged with prospects and players.

With regards to the outdoor games, between Madden and FIFA, they already have more than enough stadium models in-engine to add a majority of winter classics, heritage classics and outdoor series venues, and add in a couple of unused ones to create a large rotation. I really hope this is added sooner rather than later

Olympics / International games in franchise mode would be awesome. You should also have the opportunity of picking the team you represent

I would love if I could bring euro teams into the nhl for franchise mode. Like being able to pluck a team from any league and bring them in.

My updates
the #1 thing that needs to be improve for franchise mode is the Sim Engine and the the impact of the players attribute for simulation. Im so tired of seeing guys like Seguin, Tavares being the goal scoring leaders, I want Pastrnak, Matthews guys like that. If the players attribute actually had a impact, we could pretty much control a part of the sim for franchise mode. Maybe im just being petty but it's what prevents me from having fun in franchise mode.
