You pouring vanilla extract into the bowl with reckless abandon was so relatable lol. Recipes never have enough vanilla in them, I just keep pouring it in until my heart tells me to stop.

My Mom always did the double boiler method, we loved that frosting! Probably did not have pasteurized egg whites back then. Appreciate you, always! 😊❤

I love swiss meringue or italian meringue buttercream but I find them both so difficult and expensive to make (I’m from Malaysia and we are a developing country still). I’ve opted for Russian buttercream now because it’s sooo easy to make and much cheaper too
