Mini Snow Cat pt24 - engine issues update.

Still having issues where the engine refuses to start. I’m planning on taking a deep dive using some PC software to connect and interrogate the ECU. Hopefully I can see values coming in from the various sensors and potentially diagnose the failure to start.

My vote is what looks like one of those 3 relays on the back. But like Ron said.... If its brand new, I wouldn't have left without a new engine.

I like that guess. All the safety interlocks are active-low (closed to ground) meaning they are inactive when they are not connected, as they are now.

I feel like you’re going to find some aux sense input for safety control that needs a jumper installed or removed. Just a wild guess.

Have you tried a nod light on the injector plug? If no puls it might be a bad trigger sensor on the flywheel pickup

At this point in time Rob I'm still a few episodes behind but loving your build. I'm totally fascinated and in love with anything that has tracks, specially small machines like a Bombi Imp, even the Mud Ox, Argo type deal. Can't wait to see your machine running through snow!
