used @mediheal1329 collagen pack and since it helps lock in moisture, i went ahead and used their ampoule that comes in the kit + a hyaluronic serum (i used @vichy for extra hydration ✨

Hi, I do facials and use these. First of all, use a squishy bowl and a popsicle stick it’s so much easier to scrape the sides when you can mould the bowl with your hand. Second use lukewarm water, definitely not cold and you don’t want it hot either. If it feels just warmer than room temperature that’s about perfect. It’s better to use a tap if your water is sanitary, turn it on gently with a controlled stream that you can dip in and out of, create a well in the centre and fill the well until it overflows slightly then remove from under the water and start mixing, don’t stop mixing in an infinity shape until all of the clumps are gone using more water as needed. The consistency should be like a gel, you should be able to create thick ribbons that sit on top of the product. Use the whole lot on your face to get the perfect pull. It should be around a half to one cm thick roughly. The big drip over your eyebrow where you can’t see through it was perfect. Everyone has their own technique to getting it just right so do what works for you but this is how I was taught. Different water temperatures will cause the product to thicken or get too loose but that could be different for each brand. It’s something you’ll need to practice. You did really well for a first time, I had substantially more clumps the first time I tried it. Really impressed with your mixing!
