INGREDIENTS
- For rice
* Rice, 80 g, washed
* Water, 150ml

- Sixi Meatballs (四喜丸子)
* Pork, 300 g (fat:lean=1:9)
* Carrot, 80g
* Scallion, 12 g
* Ginger, 5 g
* Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
* Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp
* Pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
* Cooking wine, 1 tsp
* Salt, 1/2 tsp
* Egg, 1
--For the sauce
* Ginger, 5 g
* Scallion, 12 g
* Chicken powder, 1 tsp
* Light soy sauce, 2 tbsp
* Salt, 1/2 tsp
* Hot water, 250 ml

--- Deep-fry the meat balls
* Oil, 2 cups

- Stir-fried choy sum
* Choy sum, 170 g, cut into sections
* Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
* Oil, 1 tbsp
* Salt, 1/4 tsp

- Steps
1. Add washed rice , water to an electric pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the pork into pieces, then chop with a meat grinder.
3. Cut the carrot, then chop them.
4. Mix the minced pork with seasonings.
5. Make four meat balls with your hands.
6. Heat oil up to 160 degrees, deep-fry the meat balls until brown, fish out.
7. Add fried meat balls to a wok, add hot water and seasonings, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
8. Add oil the wok, then add chopped garlic, stir-fry for a while, then add the choy sume stir-fry until they turn green, add salt, turn off the heat.
9. The meal is ready.
