❤❤❤I experienced the 😢worst I had my first ever break down . A few months after losing my mom. The city I am in treated me very unfairly. I did not receive the proper treatment and help or resources I needed. I was done very bad I even was told I might of taken a drug . I was having a mental crisis. That’s why there need to be more resources. Also get the word out some people feel to ashamed to admit they are having a mental melt down. And are in a serious crisis. Need 😢help right away before it’s to late need someone to talk to that understands what they are going through.
