You mean the Wing Chung well you get it with the DLC and the CB radio you get with the Deep Undercover Pack

Actually yes there is one in the Dojo located in North Point :D

That is called the dim mak which is the last fighting move you unlock in the game, just keep playing and you should get there eventually ;)
