Lee Allen Peterson provides an introduction to finding edible wild plants in the Mid-Atlantic USA region. He also describes the culinary techniques that can be applied to transform them into elements of delicious and nutritious meals.
Lee Peterson is the younger son of famed naturalist, Roger Tory Peterson. A naturalist himself, Lee has traveled extensively throughout North America lecturing on his father and his own area of expertise- edible wild plants. He is the author of "A Field Guide to Edible Wild Plants" in the Peterson Field Guide Series.
