i have never heard about this before and i have heard several videos but can’t understand it yet but i will try it because i have tried the

The main reason to not do it is because it does nothing to save you money ! In fact it only puts you at higher risk so anyone smart at math will understand that it’s a stupid idea and it does nothing for you
