I feel like I'm more amazed by how the trailer is able to bear the weight of the tiger 2 than the tank itself.

a great piece of machinery, particulary if you look at the time it was produced

Despite some popping sound seems that the guys at Samour repaired or did a complete overhaul to the engine by listening to the marvellous and very healthy sound as in the last two years it was running roughly. The only thing that leaves me a bit perplexed was that the drive kept on revving up the massive engine like a racing car, a practice that was frowned on when I was at the tank school learning how to drive one of the last gasoline powered M-47 in 1976. The practice was to let the cold engine run a little high until it warms up and slowly put it down to normal RPM... Wish I could drive it home...

Close your eyes and listen to the engine and the tracks.. Now imagine being an Allied infantryman in a trench in the middle of the night and hearing those sounds.

It's amazing the technology they had even in he mid 30, s. Then it exploded as each nation one upped the other in their quest for dominance.

The tank is interesting but the transporter is one hell of a Unit! I see heavy haulage trucks every day, moving mining equipment. but nothing like that .

That thing cost 720 MP and 280 fuel on Company of Heroes 2 game and if you could save resources to call the KT, it's almost unstopable:)

Does the king tiger not need to be hand cranked? Does it have an electric motor spinning up the flywheel? I recall a video where they hand cranked it, I believe at Saumur. Or is this only done when the batteries are dry?

Awesome tank, it could've been a war winner, but it was too little too late

They should put the original german camo pattern back on her instead of this french camo.

I see by the comments that have been posted that most of you have not been in combat. You haven't seen ammo cooking off while the gunner, loader and commander get fried trying to escape. If the driver was lucky he would get out of the tank. War is not what play on a console. I like the Tiger, great tank, but by far not in love with it. Take what you are watching and place it in its proper prospective. War fucking sucks!
