Thanks for this mate. Very thorough. It seems so many pilots have died from things that they would have spotted with a proper pre flight check. I heard a horror story recently about a pen stuck in an elevator hinge. Your whole life for a pen. Very sad.

I check fuel quality for water before checking quantity so the fuel in the tester can then be dumped back into the wing.

Great video, I prefer to pour the Sump fuel back in either Wing, also when it came to fuel sump (things to look for) I would have mentioned water bubbles at bottom or sentiments, not just that it’s blue. ❤
