You can't go too crazy on noise cancelling on astrophotograohy because a lot of the "noise" are actually stars, the photos from Pixel are unnatrally clear because it cancelled out a lot of starts, only the brightest stars survived. Photos from the Samsung are much more close to waht to expect from professional cameras.

Man I love this ultra but when shooting city scapes there is too much light pollution and light trails on it. The pixel does take a single minute shot when there is adequate light to get stunning details.

So Pixel basically edits the photo using built in AI before giving us the result. That is cheating in my book.

the bigger the sensor, more smoother the gradient and noise, pixel has the best software for long exposure (using image averaging i guess) for their small sensor, but samsung s21 ultra win it quite easy with 1 expose long exposure with low iso and even it can be stacked several frames with same exposure by software to get better results
