The best scene in the movie was when Cap faced down Thanos and his army alone, with half a shield. Thanos is a bully and Cap doesn't like bullies.

In Avengers:

Steve to Tony: "You're not the guy who makes the sacrifice play."
Tony makes the sacrifice play and proves Steve wrong.

Tony to Steve: "Everything special about you came out of a bottle."
Steve shows everyone he's worthy of Mjolnir not because of his strength but because of his heart.

I just love this so much.

The one “win” that I’m upset didn’t get brought up, which is actually a callback, is when Hawkeye is running with the gauntlet and Black Panther jumps in and calls him “Clint” because T’Challa remembers Hawkeye introducing himself as Clint at the airport scene in Civil War.

Most of the Marvel fans:
“We love Endgame 3000.”
CinemaWins:
“I see Endgame as 3000 absolute wins!”

“Elevators not worthy.” That is the best callback ever

In Tony’s last moments Peter finally calls him “tony”

Nebula - “They never saw it coming”
Thanos - “The arrogant never do”
Just like He doesn’t see it when Tony steals the stones from him.

Not gonna lie, that 3000 wins thing at the ends got me a little teary eyed.

Why is Tom Holland so good at acting sad? Whenever he acts sad his eyes get all red, his voice trembles and it makes *me* cry every time!

I think seeing Scott rush to the memorial, and his first thought is his daughter, who has been his main motivation the entire time he's been in the MCU, especially in contrast to how Civil War treats him, deserved some wins as well.

I remember when I first saw this in theaters on opening night there were 5 moments that caused everyone in the theater to erupt into different emotions.
1) When Thor got Mjolnir back everybody cheered and one guy even yelled "THAT'S MY BOY!" which got a big laugh out of me.
2) When Black Widow sacrificed herself for the Soul Stone and everybody got hit with a sadness bomb.
3) Cap wielding Mjolnir caused an even stronger cheer than when Thor got it back.
4) AVENGERS...assemble. A few people in the theater including myself yelled "FUCK THE GRAPE MAN UP!!"
5) And I am...Iron Man. I don't know if anyone has ever heard sad cheering and applause before but that moment created it and it was beautiful.

I think the most emotional thing Thor says in the gauntlet scene is he’s begging them not just to let him do something, but to let him do something “good.” As if he’s so beaten down by his failure that it’s invalidated all of the other good he’s done. And that... is very real.

Like I forget Thor lost his family, the love of his life, his people, and his world in like 10 years. He went through it.

Thor's whole arc in this movie hit me hard.

The "I'm still worthy" scene was just... too real.

You. Are. Worthy.

Pretty much sobbing at that. Been having a really hard time lately and that is a message that, when you're ready to hear, makes such a massive impact.

Thank you.

Also in infinity war when Strange gives Thanos the stones we think he's choosing Tony's life over the stone but in the end he was choosing the stones (saving the world) over Tony's life

When T'Challa calls Clint by his name when asking for the gauntlet after dismissing him in Civil War when Clint tried to introduce himself

I know Thor's depression and PTSD has already got a lot of attention, as has the way his teammates responded. But I have to point out how much I loved the way his mother responded. "The years have not been kind to you." Her first instinct isn't to blame him or accuse him of anything. It's to show love and empathy. To be there when he needs it the most.
And even the one joke she does make "Eat a salad" isn't made in a mocking way. But with a winking, encouraging voice as if to say "I know you're hurting. But you'll find your way."
One of my favorite moments in the entire film.

I found it so touching when rocket asks Thor's mom what he's looking at she just responds "oh sometimes it takes a second". She knows Thor is worthy, she does not have a single doubt even when Thor does because she sees him without the same self hatred that blinds Thor from seeing he's worthy
