Bro I'm installing it in my home and in order to do it right you need special tools...You need a saw to make you cuts a utility knife wont do it.. u want your cuts clean and you need a tapping block to get the pieces in tight.

First off use the correct knife to cut the material (so you dont slice body parts)

Not for me. I think I'll just stick with the traditional laminate flooring that I can cut with a jigsaw, table, and a miter saw.

Wow. You should not be giving advice on how to install. It really seems like you are a helper making videos on your boss' job. No knee pads, no tool pouch, using a carpet knife to score plank, ripping the backing is no possibility that you know what you are doing!
