Mammon: The Demon of Greed (Angels & Demons Explained)

In the bible, mammon appears to be a term used to represent money. But in later works, mammon would become personified into an actual demon - one who robs the earth of her gold and tricks men onto his path.

Mammon is supposed to be the physical and/or metaphorical embodiment of the obsession itself. It’s this “mindset” that corrupts as the obsession can never be filled, which leads to the madness, the corruption, the cruelty etc all for money. The obsession becomes the master and the person under its spell, becomes the mindless worshipper.

My mother use to always state that bible verse "its easier for a camel to walk through a eye of a needle than a wealthy richman go to heaven ". Ofcourse she was Mexican and would say it in Spanish and I am sure I either spelled it wrong or quoted it incorretly but you all understand me.
