DirectX Runtime - don't see vanguard anti cheat in my progamms and features list . tuxler vpn i don't have either - it only shows this runtime error message on my new acer laptop win10 when i open the game on my old laptop win7 the game runs but here i have only very low performance that i can't run it smooth.
