As mentioned in the top (in description) , this is the easiest patch to install, and here's the method

1- Lunch the installation setup

2- Select the path/location where PES 21 is intalled

in my case (E:\Ghost Games\Steam Games\steamapps\common\eFootball PES 2021) [DON'T COPY the path it's not the same for you - just to show you where he can be]

3- Accept terms/conditions and click " INSTALL "

4- Wait until the installation process ends

5- Turn Off Live Update

6- Lunch the game from " SIDER "

and extract it in the main folder of PES 21

7- Have fun
