I love you Tiffany... You inspired me to eat right, look good and stay on it. I started at 39, 200 lbs., and now I'm 41 and 158lbs. Of healthy muscle and toned.. Thank you again. :-)

Thanks so much, Tifanny! I really needed to hear this! I had a VS bod before I got pregnant (lol). During my pregnancy, I gained 90 pounds (yeah I know)! After I delivered, I still had an extra 50-60 pounds to lose. I did lose about 20 when I was doing your workouts 5 times a week but quit for a few months because it seemed the rest of the pounds I had to lose weren't going anywhere. I shouldn't have given up and just pushed forward and worked harder but I let the depression get to me. Just a few days ago I decided to do your workouts again and feel so much more energetic. This video has now motivated me even more! I don't plan on giving up this time. :)

Side, forward, backward lunges, squats, kneeling leg lifts, in workouts including my weights, also I am doing cardio 2 times in a week.

Thank you so much Tiffany! This is such a happy coincidence! I was feeling like this today, had a pep talk with my best friend and seeing your video really consolidates it all :) I gained a lot of weight over the past three years of uni( around 22kg) and have been struggling with PCOS. This video came right in time as a reminder ^_^
